Inspired by Ernest Hemingway's tales of saltwater fishing, Johnny Morris dreamed of bringing the experience of exciting sea adventures to the table. That's where Hemingway's Blue Water Cafe's story originates from. An old wooden fishing skiff on display, a floor-to-ceiling Sycamore tree in the outdoor dining area, and an impressive freshwater aquarium create a unique marine setup where seafood enthusiasts may enjoy a variety of flavors out of the sea's depths.

From appetizer to dessert we could not have asked for better service. The entrees we chose were excellent. Well prepared and presented. We had to try their Key Lime Pie and it was amazing.
